I placed an order with an online seller operating under the name “Trend On The Go”, which runs promotions through Instagram and also operates the website https://trendonthego.in
I placed my order on ** January **** (Order #*****). Payment was completed successfully, but the seller did not provide any shipping or tracking details, and the product was never delivered.
After repeated follow-ups, the seller stopped responding and later blocked me on Instagram. The page also deletes negative comments and blocks customers who ask for order updates.
Despite running a website and social media business, the seller has failed to fulfil the order or issue any refund. This shows misleading business practices and non-delivery of paid orders.
I request Voxya to please escalate this complaint and take appropriate action to help protect consumers from such fraudulent online sellers.
