Rentomojo - Fraud Money deducted from Wallet without telling me and now they are not refunding the money

Rentomojo deducted **** on **th Sep - Stating as Adjustment whereas they had to refund the same amount. I had raised ticked for the same. They deducted the money from the wallet and now say there is no money to refund.
