From last few months I'm shopping on Meesho App, but yesterday suddenly my app starts not opening and one error “ user verification failed ” is coming when when I'm trying to tap on the app icon, but the main problem I have is that I've * open orders in the process on the app and all * of them are pre-paid orders , and the company is irresponsive to me they are just saying we can't do anything for , i said if you're banning my account because of any reason so atleast provide me the refund for the prepaid orders which are not delivered to me till now but they are not listening to me anyway. I don't know what should I do please help me out and provide me the refund for all * orders .
