i didnt take any loan from jalanchemical but the loan is reflecting on my cibil report and its overdue now but did not even any loan from it please resolve it

Jalanchemical – After payment it shows Overdue amount Closed
I paid the loan amount with intrest but still it shows Payment pending that affect my credit score
