myxp ai - Fraud Loan process by Myxp ai on eduvanz

on *april I got a call from rahul dey(**********) from myxp.ai company he
asked me join a meeting PIC*.Where he told they will train and get me a better
job for which i need to pay ***** on EMI,I was interested as he also told I can
leave training if I dont like PIC*.He asked me for some documents PIC*. with
this document they processed a loan application on eduvanz.com on *april
when the loan application was approved they shared a NACH for loan PIC*
which I signed and send to Manasi(**********) PIC* they uploaded the NACH
on eduvanz.com and loan got processed. After that they asked me to join a
meeting on google meet where they asked me to share my screen and also e
sign using aadhaar mobile number verification . Till then they did not mentioned
any agreement but on * april I got a agreement with my e sign PDF*. I think
they got the agreement signed on * april without mentioning any terms . I was
not worried because their employee told i can leave the training if i dont like
PIC*.After few days I did not wanted to continue with the training so I told them
please cancel the loan and I am not continuing the training they asked for the
proof that Rahul dey told me that I can leave the training I shared the same .
But there were no respond for * months , now they are saying you need to pay
****rs to get your loan cancelled as you signed the agreement PIC* which was
not mentioned by Rahul Dey PIC*. Please help me. I am getting continuous
calls from eduvanz to pay EMI.
