Krishna kumar filed complaint against TransUnion CIBIL Limited and Bajaj Fin LTD on May 14, 2019
I want to lodge a complaint against TransUnion CIBIL Limited and Bajaj Fin LTD. I am dissatisfied with TransUnion CIBIL Limited and Bajaj Fin LTD because of Consumer loan “Bajaj Fin LTD_****CD********” that doesn’t belong to me because of this loan my cibil was affected. Transunion kept updated this loan in my Cibil and they did not do the proper verification, updated directly in my CIBIL. My pan card no is APUPK****P.
I am getting a threatening call from Bajaj and they are telling me to repay the loan. I visited Bajaj fin bank and they confirmed me that loan belongs to Kumar KN. I have already attempted to resolve this problem with TransUnion CIBIL Limited and Bajaj Fin LTD but no proper response, it seems ** days over till now. I have enclosed copies of my records.
TransUnion – Why you kept this loan on my cibil and it is affecting from the past ** months. I am not eligible for any loan because of this fraud loan.
Bajaj fin ltd– Why you have forwarded wrong information to Cibil.
