Ujjwal Finances - Fraud Loan Company Looting Customers

A person named "Ajay Kumar Verma" who runs a website "www.ujjwalfinances.com steals money from people in the name of providing loans. They run a website through which they generate User ID & Password & make the customer verify their information, and then uses Paytm confirmation. Once done, they ask the customer to show transactions in their wallet, and while the customer loads money in their wallet, they silently transfer the money to *rd party vendors such as Gamezy (an Online Gaming Website) in my case. These kinds of operations cannot be run without the help of an insider in each of these *rd party vendors otherwise how can encash the coupons, and transfer money to their bank accounts. The website claims to have its office based out of ****/** Andheri - Kurla Rd, opposite Bela Niwas Andheri East, Mumbai and the registered phone number of the website when created is ********** (belonging to Ajay Kumar Verma), and its email id as ujjwalfinances.****@gmail.com. As per the police, they are already in the national database as history cheaters, yet how successfully, they have been running operations through ads on social media & online portals with their website still running. The police are helpless & won't send men to get hold of the person named Mr. Randip Banerjee who stays in Orissa, and suggests that I should be following up with the local police after they send me the complete report. How convenient?
