Ujjwal finance company - fraud loan company

A person named "Lavlesh Kumar," who runs a website called "www.ujjwalfinances.com," steals money from people in the name of providing loans. They run a website through which they generate a user ID & password & make the customer verify their information, and then use Paytm confirmation. I have applied for a loan on that platform. They approved my loan, and then they asked for the amount to disburse the loan. So I paid the processing fee of ****. After that also, the amount was not disbursed. because they said, "Pay the clearance fees and transaction fees like that." That time I had a bad situation, so I trust them. I paid the full amount but did not get my loan. So I told them, "Refund my money." They also told us they will refund the amount, but you pay **** rupees to refund the amount. After that only I realized this platform was a fraud. I have the proof of the amount paid, and I have the emails received from them, the WhatsApp conversation, and everything. This is my problem. I request that you please solve this problem. because I'm coming from a poor family. So please help me. Thank you.
