Goviza Consultants Private Limited - Fraud Loan Agency

I've reached to Goviza Consultants on **th July for Loan as they are providing Loan for aspiring students going abroad. One of there employees Mr Parul and Mr Manpreet has met me and cleared all my doubts about the process. However, They had asked to give **** as Assessment Charges to start the Loan process. They assured my that amount is refundable at any time. I feel that if it is refundable then no issuses. I made the payment of **th July after being followed up by Parul. After * * days there employees stop responding my calls as well as messages. on *rd August Mr Manpreet has called me and said that you have to enroll for our immigration program as well if you need loan. However i completly denied their offer and said ive already started my immigration process from some other agent and i need only loan from Goviza. Now after that they are not responding to my calls . Ive messaged them for full refund. Still didnt response from them. Now i want to file a complaint against them in Consumer Court.
