I ordered a JBL Endurance Sprint earphones from this online platform called Roopam Accessories (Gujarat) because it was not available anywhere else at that point in time; plus it was on offer. I did not receive a confirmation email or tracking. It was COD so I wasn't too worried. However, when it arrived I wasn't home and could not check it before it was paid for (paid by parent). What I received instead of earphones is a brandless plastic watch. The phone number provided on their website is switched off and I have not received any response to emails. There is no return address on the package, just Gujarat.
