Supreme Packers And Movers - Fraud Insurance issued and company is not giving me claim amount for damaged item

I had booked service from Supreme Packers and movers to move dining table from Bangalore to Dharwad. I had requested for moving a dining table from Bangalore to Dharwad and he broke the table and a chair. The service provider bluffed me. First, he booked the service himself by sending me the confirmation email, so Urban clap was not updated regarding the service and he did not inform me either that he is not providing service through Urban clap. I got to only after I received a message from Urban clap saying do you still want to book the service. Secondly, while the product was being picked, they told me about insurance and took the insurance amount. But insurance was not actually provided and he kept bluffing me by saying I will provide you with the insurance and insurance company is Lombard. Thirdly, when I asked for the claim amount he said he would back either *** which he charged for insurance or *,*** for the repair. The table has a crack from one of the legs till the centre. And it is not able to hold its own weight now.
