Travel agency Hot Tour India - Fraud in Tour Booking

I was searching for an agent for Sikkim Tour. Once this company representative Mr. Ajay called me and after various discussion he agreed to arrange a good trip for me. And asked for advance for booking. I agreed and paid them Rs. ****/- on **.**.****. After * days they again asked for ****/- , when I paid more Rs.****/- to their PNB account. But more *days latter, when I asked for booking details, they started lingering and followed no responding to my call.
