RAJEEV NIGAM filed complaint against Reliance Big TV on Oct 2, 2018
Respected Sir,
I beg to state that on *th March ****, an advertisement was published in all
important news papers with full page advertisement for dth connection by Reliance
Big TV and their rates are
as under:
For one connection Rs.***/-
two --do--- Rs.***/-
three --do--- Rs.****/-
and all payments to be paid online Viz. debit cards / credit cards.
Since more than * months have passed and the said company has not done any
activities in the Lucknow. My Booking id. A******** for one connection. There is
no address publish for communications but only Toll free no. is ***********.
Please help me in recovering money from Reliance Big Tv as they had misleaded
Indian Public by collecting money by way of Digital Payment.
