KHATUSHYAM AYURVEDA PRODUCT AND SALES PVT LTD - Fraud in the name of Dealership

The mentioned Company has cheated me in the name of dealership for Pune location. Initially before taking the dealership, they were very polite and on daily basis they were following for tie up and wanted me to start the process asap as per them there was so many orders from pune which needs to be delivered. and also then even shared few dummy orders details. Also on checking their company registration details , PAN and GST filing records, i paid an amount of **k initially and remaining **k was supposed to be paid within ** days. On paying ** k they send me the products and they were supposed to send me the hard copy of agreement copy which was never shared to me. after receiving the product , i have been following up for orders details so that i can deliver the products and start earning. after multiple followup they gave an order of **k to deliver which as per me was a fake order. When the agreement was done initially that i will be having a product of **k then why they send *k order details. When i reached them then they told me to pay extra money so that they will share product to fullfill the order quantity. and going forth they never responded and till date they are not responding.

Please help me in recovering my money which i took from my friend as loan.
