VISION SOLUTIONS - fraud in terms of providing job

i was new to bengaluru ,i was searching out for job very badly every morning i was going to some other companies for interview.then on february * (Vision solutions )a consultancy from kumar swamy layout contacted me & asked for cv i sent n they fixed the interview on *th i attended their they offered me a company and salary ,work timings n everything they told that thr will be a interview in next one week i attended interview thy said tht its not for fresher .i was looking out for hr profile though .i called the consultancy then n there thy said tht the recruiter is on leave i will reschedule it for next week again then next week same thing happened then when i callled them thy didnt receive and switched off the no.they provided me with an email regarding the terms n condition stating that the money wont be refunded till *months.i just want my hard earned money to get refunded as the company didnt provided me a job and behaved so bad .that they have only created me image we should not trust anyone in terms of money .please help me with it and help to get my money refund pls i will be highly thankfull
