We took the membership plan on ** June **** from CHIS noida office by paying Rs. ******/- . We paid on the spot as membership fees. It was promised by CHIS executives that under membership we (me, my husband & my daughter) can enjoy * nights and * days free stay every year in any of its resorts and hotels in India and abroad. They have association with top brand * stars and * stars hotels. They offered us domestic airtickets voucher of Rs. ****, International Airtickets of Rs. *****, * night stay in delhi ncr in any hotel and meal Vouchers as complimentary after negotiation on taking their membership. However, when I wanted to redeem my services whether it is gift vouchers or membership holidays at different dates. It was regretted by the company by giving different excuses. I wanted to use my domestic flight voucher of Rs. **** in Feb ****. I raised the request on *th Feb ** and after regular follow ups they shared flight options on ** feb **** and asked me to pay differential amount of Rs. **** against airticket booking. i paid them on same day but they didnot shared any Airtickets with me after *.* months follow ups. Then March **** due to covid all travel got stopped. When i asked them in May **** to refund my amount of RS. **** and extend the validity of the vouchers because due to covid no bodies knew when travel would open, they denied to refund and said i could use it in future. Being a good customer i agreed on their request. In may ****, they contact me and asked to pay the AMC charges but i denied to pay AMC Charges as i have not utilised their services in last * years then why should i pay them. Then I again requested them for extend the voucher validity. After so many escalations they agreed to extend the validity of voucher and they confirmed on mail in last week of may ****. On **th July i requested them for booking of international flight for dubai. Again didnot get any response from the CHIS. After continues follow ups of ** days. on ** july Mr. Amit Verma has contacted and shared the flight details and asked me to pay immediately differential amount of Rs. **,*** for flight booking. I paid them within * hour as he told me the link will expire and he will book the tickets. the price may increase. He committed he will share the airtickets with in *-* working days. On ** th July I raised request for Hotel booking in dubai from ** dec **** to * Jan ** against my membership service. Firstly they sent mail they could not take booking from ** dec to * jan. these are blackout days. But when i escalated the issue and asked them to show where it is written in your agreement. Then they agreed for booking. But whatever hotels i suggested them they regretted and said property is not available. I compromised and choose hotel from the option given by them. But I am still struggling from last *-* months for Airtickets and Hotel Booking. I made ***+ calls and written mails to them. The company at the outset utterly failed to extend its obligations in booking flights and the hotels and ultimately i could not avail the facilities. Even I visited their Noida Sector-** office on **th Oct ** and met Mr. Amit Verma and Ms. Deepali. Mr. Amit told me if he could not provide the booking by ** Oct ****, he may refund my whole money. When i contacted them on **st Oct on their failure and asked them to refund my money, they start throwing ball on their internal departments. Today Ms. Deepali has called and threatened us they will not refund our money in any case and we can do whatever we want. In last few months i have spoken to many people in CHIS, Mr. Amit Verma, Ms. Kiran, Ms. Vinita, Ms. Deepali, Mr. Balal, Mr. Mukesh. All are cheaters and gave wrong statements. It appears that all the promises were false. We are feeling utterly cheated and deceived by CHIS. They lured us to take the membership by way of Fraud, misleading, coercion, misinterpretation and misrepresentation. I have not availed a single trip and their facilities because fake promises So they cannot hold my money by showing an agreement which is not tantamount to a person knowing all the contents in it.
Under such circumstances i want to exit the membership and request to pay my full amount along with certain percent interest on it till date of realization.
Kindly treat it a notice on priority.
