Hi sir / madam.
With due respect I want to say that I ordered an item from Meesho on *nd August ****. But I received wrong item which cost is ****. Leter i complaint many times to meesho Costomer Care Service regarding this item. Complaint no ********. But meesho Costomer Care refused to refund my paid amount and said that i don't send this item then i want to know from the company that who sent me this product and third party woh to get my address and contact no? Is this not a privacy violation?
Now I highly request you that please solve my problem and help me to get back my amount from Meesho.
