Dear Sir/Madam,
I Would like to bring to your kind notice that one of the smartphone companies called Motorola has its Service center in Mysuru D.D Urs road.
and they are doing fraud.
mentioned below the incidents for your reference

I've given my smartphone for service for: Phone was hanging and Automatically functioning

My argument:
The lady suppose to issue an acknowledgement but she denied and gave other reasons to give acknowledgement

I visit Service center to collect the Phone: The lady said that, she has wrote an email for approval to repair & service
she again denied to give Acknowledgement

My argument: Why are they denying to give an acknowledgement

I visit Service center to collect the Phone: Another person informed me saying that they wrote an email for approval to repair & service and are waiting for Approval. I was suspicious about their behavior. Again I've asked for an acknowledgement copy but they gave some other reasons

My argument: as a customer how many times I've requested to provide an acknowledgement. Why are they purposefully doing unnecessary things?

I visit Service center to collect the Phone: The lady again started giving one or the other reasons but I was totally fed up with their behaviour. Finally she gave me an acknowledgement on **th Feb **** ( the document was generated on **-**-**** at **.** PM )
further she told me to visit in the evening
I was not in a position to tolerate their lying statements. I told them to return the phone and received it.

My argument: Referring to the acknowledgement she added other issues. Those are not my concerns. And they are trying to do unnecessary things. Also I've asked her to show me the email which sent for approval but she was not provided because she didn’t send any mail and it clearly shows that she is just lying

All the above incidents clearly show that service center personnel are doing fraudulent things
Further i requesting you to kindly consider this matter and enquire with the service center or kindly suggest me the legal proceedings
