On June **nd, at **.** hours, I received a call from official phone number from Mobikwik *** **** **** that there was some suspicious activity related to my account and asked me to enter OTP to block the attempt. I believed as it came from official phone number of Mobikwik and entered the OTP and now I realised that I authorized linking my Mobikwik wallet to Jio Wallet of fraudster. On June **, between **.** AM to **.** AM, ** transactions of Rs. **** each were done by the fraudster. So, total Rs
**,*** was looted from my account.
There is definitely some people from Mobikwik is involved in this scam. How can someone call from an official phone number of Mobikwik? There is somewhere lapse on the part of Mobikwik and want to help me lodge a case against them.
