Mokham Design and Build - Fraud in interior designing for house

Hi, We trusted this company for interior design of our house. They told, they will use good quality material for kitchen and others. But we got to know that they user very low quality material for kitchen and other areas. for kitchen they used, which is not even BWP wood. but they mention it in contract and they took full amount for quality wood. The interior guy accepted that, he didn't use material as he mentioned in the contract. First he agreed for refund. They he is saying. His partners are not agreeing for refund. We paid ******. But the work didn't even worth of ******. We want to lodge complaint against his company in consumer court.
