Digicommerce - Fraud in giving service

i hired digicommerce platform for my product marketing. The sales person adarsh told me that the charges are **k for *month.After * month they stopped my service .I even told prem kumar who was handling my account that i was told for the * months service.I even have screen shot of chats. They just was supplier to register and they take money neither they are working well
