Hihiver com - Fraud had been done by Hihiver

I have received this packaging box received from Hihiver , of worth Rs. *** but all i received is one cheap clothed top and four pieces of cardboard . i have mailed them on *th of November for the same concern however i did not receive my refund , all i did received is mail from mailer@shopify.com <mailer@shopify.com>; on **th November **** mentioning that

Due to covid period we are working with less staff,
some services may be late,

but no action has been taken hence i request you to help me to get my refund and my compensation of INR **** as well
