Dear Sir,
on * August **** at **:** pm I have tried to withdrawn an amount of RS **** from ICICI bank ATM sector **, Gurgaon but due to technical error amount is not withdrawn but at the same time balance is deducted. I am having account with kotak bank , Gurgaon Branch and account number is **********. I have filed complaint with KOTAK bank regarding such incident as well as Reserve bank of India but no one is responding & I have physically visited at both bank KOTAK and ICICI but both bank are harassing me and replied me that your amount will not be refunded it has been bad debts & replied me aggressively go where you want to go and file the complaint against me. I am helpless & fighting for its own money. Kindly look into the matter.
