Flipkart HP Victus - Fraud Flipkart delivered defective laptop

Ordered hp victus from flipkart on **th march. Delivery date promised was **th but actual delivery evening **th March. I checked content and warranty and found following issues: *. Warranty of product was already running from August **** checked using serial number on hp website certainly some one used it. *. Camera is defective too much blurry worse than my ** year old laptop. *. New Charger received also gets heated up within minutes(unlike my other laptop that don't hear even after hours of usage) So I called same day **th on customer care they said call after **hrs as it isn't showing delivered on their end. **th I raised replacement request. * times i raised and everyday they rejected. Finally i raised return request. Timeline shown was after ** days technician; will come and check and they approve or reject. So many days delay even after paying full money so on **th I called again they said cancel request and they raised replacement from their end. **th March they rejected replacement. **st March raised return and refund request now they are saying after ** more days technician will visit and approve or reject return. They keep on playing this way cancelling requests and asking to way for weeks even though they take full money upfront. On other hand Amazon accepts request within **hrs. Kindly help me return product ASAP so that I can buy from trusted source. My studies are hampered because of this and I am unable to buy new laptop because they are not accepting quick return and refund for their defective product. I contacted HP(laptop company) they sent technicial to analyse the product. He personally told me flipkart did fraud and delivered old defective product. HP also gave letter stating the same which is attached. PFA Bill and HP letter. I even raised complaint on NCH grievance number ******* but response. Kindly help me its been ** days i am calling flipkart everyday but no response even after HP said defective delivery fraud.
