This is how we are being cheated by brands like @airtel India
I was using airtel landline ** years broadband wi fi * years aims all from airtel bought a new airtel dth airtel xtreme set up box android connection **th Nov ****,
** days back and faced issues and it destroyed my sony ** inch tv completely engineers saw and agreed upon as it was sort circuit caused by faulty adaptor which came in box but after that they rloped and since ** days I am just msging calling mailing on ***** mail ids twitter but all advisors have inky one reply that case has been escalated I had bought this product as you guys claimed will, she non smartvtv a smart one mailed to all official airtel ids and twitter handle seems to be a fake handle as people asked to dm but they do not get solution so that other people csnt see whatsa going on
Today I had to complaint on National consumer helpline my complaint Id there as ******* against airtel dth
It's like ** days of the purchase and you people behaving so differently otherwise last month I used to get *** calls oer day to buy this product if I do not get any solution innate day too I think will have to port all my products from airtel to other operators for sure
On twitter handle you guys are fooling your clients with fake commitments..you dont commit anything in writing ..keep on asking ** hours more and never come up with any update except that mine is top level critical case eith higher authorities this I have been listententing to since ** days now both on twitter and *****
I have mailed to all following airtel ids since the day this incident of tv destroy and signal gone because if the faulty adaptor happened st my place ..even your engineers saw the demo how even my invertor line connected within js now damaged and as soon as I put that adaptor in the same docket where it was installed its damaged my tv and also starts banging and blasting like sound on my luminous double battery invertor
This could cause fire at my place
I am just mim and myself in family .. kindly save us from any disaster that czn take place and stop playing with your new inventions as you claimed your new xtreme box can convert any old model tv into a new smart tv p
My tv never went for repair earlier and bought for ***** and after asking **** times on ***** with your dth team is it comparable you guys claimed yes it can work in any tv whatsoever model..within * to * days the signals of your set up box was dropping and * to * engineers were made but they never found any issue with tv as they in,y checked ser up box dish as my tv used to work always fine without a glitch
Since ** days now I am with no news no entertainment and country is going through so much and I gave no idea about the current affairs
I need total refund for both airtel boxand the tv you guys damaged as you guys did not even used the airtel wire to install rather used my old operators ** years used wire to install without even my knowledge
Many more evidences happened to prove the irresponsible and frzud behaviour yo teap me guys and I have all proofs

Grievances call are of no use and the respective brands do not care to reply to the clients or assist after selling they are fooling and even some of the gadgets as I experienced are even dangerous as not checked before installation ..as in my case no prerequisites done no compatibility with old models checked they are just interested in selling g their faulty products come how and duping clients which will never work
Please help me in this matter as it's a serious case of faulty adaptor causing g my own product tv ** inches damaging it and also affecting my other gadgets ..a glimpse f my double battery inverter video sharing how this faulty adaptor of airtel xtreme box when plugged causes and czn b,at my double battery inverter and I and my mom can loose my life
Mentioned and seen and examined al, by airtel engineers himself who then committed they will refund for tv and box are not returnu g or even replying to my calls and mails now
