virtualtravelguru - Fraud during Amarnath yatra by Virtual Travel Guru Agency in Delhi

We have booked a Amarnath package on **th May by Virtual Travel Guru, www.virtualtravelguru.in for my Father and me, and also paid the advance Rs. **** on the same date, and in the package all the things were included such

· Pick up & Drop from Jammu/Srinagar by Private Vehicle

· Roundtrip Helicopter Tickets for Amarnath Yatra
· Yatra Registration
· Yatra Permit
· Medical , Yatra Pass
· One Full day sighsteeing of Mughal’s Garden, Srinagar sightseeing
· Shikara Ride Complementary
· Driver Allowance , Toll,Parking , Service Taxe etc.
but when we reached to Jammu nothing was there, no hotel, no bus, no car and even not at hotel.
now till date I am complaining about that I used some abusive language to him but he denied to pay me anything.
