dress bazzar - Fraud done Wrong items sent and not returning money

i placed an order after seeing their dresses on instagram account. i contacted the given whatsapp number, spoke with them on phone and placed the order, paid **** rs on their given details. I received the two dresses through DTDC - both the dresses are not as expected - not at all as ordered. I think they have shown some other pictures on their instagram page and tried to sticth same style with their local pathetic dirty tailors - they cant even copy the dress. Now he is not picking my phone and asking me to alter. Saying no return policy. Please help and get my money refunded. I dont want these dresses - they can take these dresses away
