Aman Mobile - Fraud done with me

On **-**-**** I bought iPhone * from Aman mobile Jagdalpur and I paid ***** including tax from my credit card. But the transaction was not successful and after that, I paid ***** through Paytm by the same card but when I reached home I check my mail I got my *st transaction which was not successful. Money was deducted from my credit card. When I checked with Aman mobile he denied that he didn’t get money. I complain to my bank after * months my bank informed me that money is credited to Aman mobile account on **-**-****. I called him and asked to give account statement for verification but he denied.
