I'm an Army personnel presently posted in Gwalior. I'm writing to you regarding the fraud done by Nirmiti Resorts and Club. I have taken membership from Nirmiti Resorts and Clubs on ** Oct **** at Goa. The same evening we searched the list of their hotel and resort and also the DAE (dial and exchange) however we couldn't find anything. Thereafter we searched a few hotels told by them but the standard of these hotels was not as briefed by them. We also read the reviews where many people said that it is a fraud company and most of them were not satisfied with the services. Miss Depali was the one who filled our form. We have paid ***** as membership charges (*-year plan). Till date, we have also not received any DAE membership token, which as per them will be sent to us within one month of taking membership. We wanted to cancel the membership but they r saying it's not refundable. Till now we have done several correspondences with them but in vain. You are requested to take necessary action against this company so that we get the refund of our hard earned money.
