I have ordered online Antique Designer Lehenga * × * from https://www.bluelady.in on ** Dec ****. I have received the package from Aarohi Fashion Surface with Delhivery AWB *************. After delivery received the package was opened we found the katrans which is shown in the attachment inside the package. I called delivery boy after ** min back but he refused to take the package and suggested to call the customer care and raised the return request by IVR number written on the website https://www.bluelady.in. The return and refund request message received for the order #*****, refund of *** initiates in ** working days. There is no contact number of company neither receiving and mail from is blueladyindia@outlook.com all the attachment are enclosed for ready references.
