Cart Deal - Fraud done by the company

Order Number **** on cartdeal.com was made of a T-shirt of size XL. But after online credit card payment, it was realised that size M was the correct size. So I tried to cancel the least order **** but there was no cancel button. Upon investigation of the website, it was noted that contact us page provides a phone number +************ which always says switched off. Emails to Support@cartdeal.com are non-being responded. Customer fears of fraud and loss of money via this website and requests the authority to help in this regard.
I have tried to reach out cart deal on Facebook messenger but they see my messages and don't reply.
