Dear Sir,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered at the Mi service center in Jamnagar. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided for my Xiaomi **i.

On August **, ****, I took my phone to Mr. Jaysh at the Mi service center in Jamnagar for a diagnostic check. During this process, a lady from the service center informed Mr. Jaysh that the issue was only with the "patta" and that the display was in good working condition. However, Mr. Jaysh later informed me that the display was damaged and that the repair cost would be ₹*,***. I suspect that my original working display was replaced with a damaged one for profit. Additionally, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional.

I believe this is a case of fraud and request that my complaint be logged and investigated. Your assistance in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.
