Dear Sir,

I had tried calling you from **.*.** on mobile nos *********** but did not get any response since Mr M.M.Cheriyeran was on leave and said will join on **/*/** (Friday). On **.*.** I called up again on**.*.** and found that he was still on leave. Then again I called up on **.*.** said he was on leave. Then again I called on another no *********** on **.*.** and spoke to Mr Srikant, he advised me to call on */*/** (Monday). Again when I called on Monday *.*.** I got to speak with Mr M.M. Cheriyeran he listened to my issue and said yes we shall do take care of your problem and our customer care will call you but still till date I have not received any call.

Our group had visited your Kerala Farm factory on **.**.**. We had taken lot of stuff worth Rs *****.** such as oil, ayurvedic medicines etc, we had made the payment through ICICI debit card Rs*****.** attached is the receipt of the bank statement and balance Rs.****/- in cash.

We were entertained by Mr. M.M Cheriyeran and as explained and confirmed by him that if we find any issues in the medicines then money will be refunded back. As per his advice we had started the capsules and after * weeks all of us went to the doctor since our health detoriated drastically. Attached is the prescription of our visit to the doctor. We have stopped all the capsules since lot of money was spent on investigations etc.

We request you to please refund our money back for the capsules into our bank account from which we had made the payment.
