Tech Savvy Immigration - Fraud done by Immigration Agency

Deepshikha Danu filed complaint against Tech Savvy Immigration on Oct 7, 2024

I enrolled with this immigration firm for New Zealand work visa in March ****.

After seeing their Instagram paid promotions , getting my profile checked by their team , we were convinced and registered to go ahead with the firm . Initially during our first interaction, we were communicating with Mr.Murslin over whatsapp . Then we physically went to visit their office for a meet up to understand the process in detail and there Ms. Deepali attended us telling Murslin met with an accident and now she herself will be taking care of our case , if we get registered. We were explained everything about the process , charges, duration etc .. along with additional adds on- like including my husband in the same package and arranging a job offer for him as well.We were highly recommended to register for NZ market and forced to believe that the market is at its peak.

To be specific - the time duration provided by her was minimum * months for the first interview to maximum of *-* months to depart for NZ to which we happily agreed and decided to pay the full amount. We paid the full amount offered to us in one go in the directors account Mr. Zeeshan Gulfam via google pay.

The main story , starts from now onwards .. till the time the fees was not paid , we were getting regular calls from Ms. Deepali to avail special Holi discount . Once the payment was made , the communication between us changed significantly .. she created a group adding all * ( me , my husband and herself) of us so that we all remain in the same page .. We paid NZQA fees and everything as told and requested by Ms. Deepali to update whatever is required in the group and update the process.. but again we were treated least important there too.. every time we only had to ask her for the updates.. We were replied with minimal replies and most of the time she told us to wait. We hired the consultancy services for smoother journey ,instead it proved a pain. After paying we hardly ever received any call from her for the updates..We paid in March and April went in this hide and seek .. After several texts and requests she assured that from May onwards the process will be on fast track and we were assured that now interviews will start. We then agreed again assuming good things take time. Now one fine day she straight away left the group with no prior information making Ms. Akshita our new case manager. We were deeply disappointed by this act because it’s something related to our future and case manager is someonewe have trusted, shared all our information with and trusted her to be answerable. This was the second time our trust was shaken as it was Murslin then Deepali and now Akshita ..

Still we showed hope and good faith towards Akshita and were in good spirits that she will help this case escalate faster than the previous one’s .. initially she was so professional but that didn’t last longer.Again we had to message her in the group for quite a few days to get one lousy reply. She was least bothered answering our questions. Not even once it seemed like she has any knowledge about the NZ market or the work visa.Never ever she called us or texted regarding the process. Her reply would always be just one single phrase that was “ALLOW US TIME” or “I WILL CALL YOU BACK”.. We at last, had to call your landline office where she again picked up and gave us excuses like she was in the meeting or something like that.Words will fall short if we tried to explain how we were made to feel by her unprofessional behaviour. She always kept her comfort in prior to our continuous polite texts to revert.after frequent follow ups, one fine day she calls up and gives us the news about the current recession in NZ job market which is not likely to come down any soon.Any silver lining we were looking up to just disappeared yet we didn’t loose hope and continued with whatever was told to us.

During this period we once texted Murslin about the prevailing job conditions in NZ to which he swiftly replied in a very positive manner stating it’s on a boom.Clearly he didn’t had an idea we have paid the fees and already enrolled ourselves with tech savvy.Such contrast of information provided by * different employees of the same firm is highly disturbing and states that company has no policy of delivering true information to the client.
We as a client demanded one deadline from your company that till which date the firm is going to try for our visa and we were replied with no satisfactory answers . Its a mental torture for us because we have given our hard earned money all in advance just for a CV made with typo errors. There is clearly no chance of us getting a visa anytime soon because the market is in deep recession. We cant afford or forced to be strangled with a consultancy where clients are not presented with the real facts. Since * months no single interview is placed

Now , when asked for the refund from them or the date for our job opportunity .. they have answered us that our ( refund comes under voluntary withdrawal and we are not eligible to apply for refund. However, after huge discussion with the management the refund amount of INR **,*** /- has been approved)

I want my full amount to be returned plus the mental trauma they have given me plus they have wasted my previous * months )
