I Watch Bazaar or DTDC - Fraud done by I Watch Bazaar or DTDC

Dear Team,
I purchased a watch from I Watch Bazaar on**-**-** also i received a message from Shiprocket with oder id #**** on **-**-**, but when I am tracking my oder the oder in not delivered till **-**-**, then I raise a query and I got a WhatsApp call from I Watch Bazaar Mobile no is +************ and he said your packet will be delivered through DTDC and he shared the tracking ID *D********* then I wait for * day also I was track my Packet and at morning **-**-** I was received a message from DTDC that your shipment is Out for delivery. But I didn’t receive my packet on that day also I received a message from DTDC that your courier was not Delivered as receiver not available /Reachable but I didn’t receive any call from DTDC.
Then i called DTDC customer care on **-**-** for my packet also I raised a complaint regarding the same then the executive said that your packet will be delivered latest by today till **:**pm but the same thing again happened the parcel was not received till *pm then I left the place and at *:**pm I received a call from DTDC that your packet will be delivered shortly and the packet was received.
Then I opened the packet on next day but I received a child watch that is around some ** Rs
