Riya Suzuki - Fraud Done at Suzuki

Hi Team,
I am very disappointment by such an pathetic customer experience at Riya suzuki motorcycle dombivili east service center. I had took my vehicle for normal servicing and was given a normal quotation of **** including all spare parts and labour charges. When i got call from service team that my vehicle is ready for delivery. I went to service station to collect my vehicle and noticed that work was not done propely and i got some more problem and team is insiting me to make the payment of **** rs despite of my issue being resolved. I called service manager Vicky Khairnar and he was litreally unprofessional the entire team was litreally very unprofessional wherein they were asking me to pay for no work being done later on post saying no they started working and added **+ unwanted and additional cost which was not even part of the discussion and increased my billing amount from **** to ****. This is seriously an worst experience that i ever had in my life and i am writing this to suzuki team considering some strict against would be done against this fraud and customer will get a geniue support on time. A worst vendor that you might have ever choose of Riya suzuki very unprofessional and pathetic service center.
