Edgenics - FRAUD DIGITAL STARTUP

I was hired by Edgenics for sales profile on May *, ****. I was informed that I could get terminated for not achieving the targets. I accepted that.

On daily basis, I was asked to call certain numbers and pitch their products. At end of day, I used to give them the status. Usually I would call around *** persons and enquire. Due to covid second wave peak during this time, around **-**% of persons used to tell me that would be looking at these services once the lockdown eases, which makes sense as businesses were largely impacted.

Some of the leads that I managed to close and made customer ready to pay, I get to know that this fraud company named edgenics don't have the GST number. Then Mr. Mintu kumar from company start to make excuse that he has applied for GST number but have not received it due to covid. He asked to deal with customer without GST number. NO customer would deal such way. Hence that deal could not happen.

I asked Mr. Mintu that I am investing in phone expenses and wifi connection that should be reimbursed to me. He promised to do it at the end of month. I believed.

Now, on **th May I was informed that I am being terminated for not meeting the targets. Even after all this, I accepted the termination without questioning and excuses.

I humbly asked him to pay my salary plus reimbursements on time at least, to which he rudely says that no salary would be paid.

I mean how could someone do that to anyone? that too in these tough and trying times??
I also have a family to take care and pay my bills, rent, etc.

Only because job seekers are so gullible that ????

These fraud companies should be taught a lesson and closed to save future candidates from this kind of experiences.
