Paytm for business soundbox - Fraud deduction paytm for business

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the excessive deduction made from my Paytm for Business settlement amount towards Soundbox rental charges.

A customer made a payment of Rs **** on ** April **** to our Paytm QR/Soundbox. At that time, the linked bank account wiht the soundbox was /disabled, and therefore the settlement could not be credited. And since there is no bank account linked, this Soundbox is not in use.

Recently, after updating a new bank account, only Rs *** was settled to us. We were shocked to know that the remaining amount had been deducted towards Soundbox rental charges. And that deducted difference figure amounts to Rs ****. One thousand one hundred & thirty four.

On Monday **th April, a new staff member had joined our studio, and she unknowingly kept this soundbox device for cleaning on the desk where the customer interacts for payment.

Further, Paytm for Business had not officially informed us through any phone call or proper communication regarding such a large pending rental deduction. The deduction amount was excessive and was not clearly informed to us in advance.

The customer care number is **** *** ****. They unnecessarily keep the caller waiting. ** seconds for fetching petty details. None of the ticket id they provide has any importance. I asked them why have they charged Rs **** if the monthly due started from December. They due for one month is Rs ***. SO how come is it Rs ****. Then the usual reply from * different agents will be please stay on line and soon the call gets disconnected on purpose.
Extremely fraud behaviour. The agents who attend calls have low communication skills. They repeat the same sentence and hesitate to answer queries that are valid to prove paytm for business is in error.
