More Store - Fraud dealing at More Store YPS RoadPatiala Punjab

Dear Team,
I had done shopping at More store, YPS Road, Patiala on **-**-**** of amount Rs.*****.**,Invoice No.************* wherein i gave * e-vouchers of More retail of **k each but staff available at the billing counter refused * e-voucher by saying that this is not working so i paid balance amount of Rs.*****.** from my credit card. But at the beginning of October month when i was trying to use my unutilized * e-voucher of **k amount so it was showing used and when i got it checked with my voucher support team then they officially informed on the mail that my both e-vouchers were used on **-**-**** at More store only at the same time. I have approached More store specially Mr. Anurag ,YPS Road ,Patiala about it with evidences on **-**-**** but disappointingly after so many follow ups i have not received any positive response from them so far.
Below are both voucher card details which my support team has shared with me for your reference.

It shows clear fraudulent and unethical practice is happening at such a reputed retail store and it cause me loss of **k Rupees.
Request your support and intervention to get it checked and refund of my amount on priority.
