Valmo logistics - Fraud Complaint with Proof Tampered Return Parcel Item Replacement by Valmo Logistics

The parcel was not delivered to the customer and was returned to me. However, the sticker was removed and the package was tampered.

I am attaching the image of the parcel as proof of mishandling.

Despite raising this issue with Meesho and a Valmo manager, no serious action was taken and I was completely ignored.

I have again received a tampered return parcel, where the original product has been replaced with some unknown item, and the packet was forcefully sealed with glue to hide the fraud.

This is Unacceptable.
It clearly shows that there are dishonest and unethical practices happening within Valmo’s network, and your team is either not monitoring or ignoring this type of fraudulent behavior. This has caused financial and mental loss to me as a seller.
