Attainu leetu education services - Fraud Complaint Against AttainU A Unit of Leetu Educational Services Pvt Ltd No Placement No Refund

I, Yash Ved, a resident of Bhawani Mandi, Rajasthan, enrolled in the Guaranteed Placement Program at AttainU (A Unit of Leetu Educational Services Pvt. Ltd.). Before admission, AttainU assured me that the institute was fully operational and financially stable. They also promised ***% job placement after completing the course. Based on these promises, I paid [Total Fees Amount] for the course.

However, after I successfully completed the course, AttainU shut down its operations, and I received an official email regarding their closure. This critical information was never disclosed at the time of admission, and I was misled into paying for a course that had no future prospects. Despite their guarantee, I have neither been placed in a job nor received a refund. Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.

Issues Faced:
Misrepresentation & Fraud: AttainU did not disclose its financial and operational problems during my admission.
Sudden Shutdown: The institute shut down right after my course completion, leaving students helpless.
No Refund Issued: As per their commitment, a refund should be given if placement is not provided, but they have not returned my money.
Due to this fraud, I have suffered financial loss and career setbacks. I demand a full refund of my course fees immediately.

My Request:
A complete refund of my course fees as AttainU failed to fulfill its promise.
