On *th Jun ****, I place an order for two eyeglasses. **th June **** I received this order. After I checked, both eyeglasses did not correctly fit. **th JUN ****, I initiated a return request. **th June **** pick me both eyeglasses. The delivery boy properly prevented and picked up. On the **th of June ****, please email the warehouse and received one eyeglass. The second eyeglasses are missing. The refund only has one eyeglass price but the amount was not credited to my account. Then I contacted c care. They did not give me any positive answer. They blamed me. The second eyeglass was missing on my end. the company told me it was my mistake. how is it possible?
