I ordered one outfit from this company. During that time return policy page on site did not mention all the details. The order with I received was completely different and bigger than my size than what was shown.
When I tried to return the product the order page did not had return button. So I mailed them so those guys replied that we will look into it. So for *days they did same and when I asked them that I will take some legal steps against you then they just provide me return policy link. That was absurd. Those guys are cheater.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

They do not receive phone calls. No answer to emails. Low-grade materials, cheap quality and the main and big problem are the sizes are too small. I want an XXL size. They cheated and small size despatched.
I ordered a green kurta xl size for *** Rs but received a small kurta brown very bad quality. No phone calls and emails are attended by them. I expect a refund in my ordered product. Very bad service by them.
