Smart Surface - Fraud Company

There was a promotion on Instagram which had a Smart Band which was apparently capable of projecting the screen of my smartphone.
I placed an order for one of the product which was ****/- and ***/- for delivery.
I received the item today. The order number was #****.
When I received the parcel I opened it to find a normal watch which was also not working.
The website does not have a customer support number. The only email ID is smartsurface@gmail.com.
I need to sue this company and get my koney back and make sure no one else who is a tech enthusiast to suffer.
