Travelook - Fraud company

I had selected the higher fare ticket shown in their website i.e **** against the other fare as ****. I asked them why two fares on their website...they which informed that was given by airline.
I asked them the difference, they donot know....i checked with indigo, it was a flexifare. So, I booked the higher fare ticket,l for which i was given discount by agency and balance amount was paid by me. But i was issued ticket of lower fare by the agency. Although they gave me a discount on the higher fare, i was given ticket of lower fare without any benefits.
On calling customer care, they have stupid answers that there are different classes,l in indigo, u have chosen economy class..u have not selected higher fare, send screenshot of your booking...how can one keep screenshot while booking..was i aware that i was going to be provided a ticket of lower fare although i selected a higher fare and was given discount on the same.
