SingleDebt Debt Management Plan - Fraud company Taken money but not providing the refund

I have paid to money to SingleDebt for my loan related issues. There guaranteed that they will help and the collection calls and harrasment will be stoped. However they have taken ₹***** as a first payment and ₹**** for the legal support. Later I realised that this company is of no use they have not provided any help to resolve my situation and has not paid any amount to my debt collectors. I am asking for a refund however they asking for more money to close my file which is totally illegal. I need to complaint about this fraud company as they are stealing money from people who are already in trouble.
