I have contacted the company for cancelling my "plan" while i was in the ** days period.. they just kept contacting me to withdraw my decision for cancelling the request...and finally they told i was past my refund period and they cant refund anything. my service request number is *******

since then i got my first call at **-**-**** and they told me to wait ** hrs and refund will be processed
