connectway in - Fraud Company Need Refund

To the Respected person whomsoever it may concern.
I have a complaint of not getting proper service from the Connect way team, everytime i call either they are busy or do not pick my calls.
I have paid **** INR on ** September **** to the connect way team same day i also deposited *** INR, and i was told that it will show as my balance ( which i have call recording stored at my phone ) after paying the requested money i cannot see the amount in my account, since september i am trying to contact the team several times but i am not getting my query sorted.
On the date ** - November - ****, i have again paid *** INR to my connect way account but i am not able to use any services.
Could you please help me get this sorted i want my **** rs refund back to me.
The number which i call everytime is ********** / **********
