Times India Cargo Movers - Fraud company Loss of Goods and Money

On booking the currior service , An agent from times india cargo movers came to my home ( **B block F laxmi nagar , New Delhi ) and packed my stuffs in * boxes and left after providing me a bill of **** and i paid him the same at that moment.
After * days , he sent me another bill and asked me for extra money for the same delivery. And now he is saying he wont deliver if i did not pay him the extra money also he is not giving me the status of my material.
