This company buy*house.com is a fraud company. On **th July they told me that I am a lucky customer and a gift is announced on my name. For that, I have to purchase a product from their website to claim it. Next day on **th of July they told me that I have won an iPhone x for which I have to pay for file charge of **** Rs and it is refundable after the product is delivered. I have paid that amount. On **th of July, I got a call that in order to dispatch my iPhone they need to do the insurance from the bluedart company which will cost ***** Rs and I will get a refund within ** hrs after the payment and I will receive tracking detail. Other details regarding my product within *hrs of payment. On the **th of July they called me up again with a fake story that all product has failed in quality check and the company has suffered a big loss. But still they will refund my amount to me as well amount equivalent to the price of the gift that is ***** Rs plus the total amount I have paid till now (***** Rs) but for that, I have done the registration that will cost again ***** Rs which I denied to pay. Now they are threatening me that you will not get the refund if don't pay **k more and also they are talking to me rudely on the phone.
I have all the call recorder as all payment details. All the payment were made through Razorpay.
